Time pressure starts to subside when we shift to the heart to find
quality of mood and ease. It's our un- managed emotions that turn time into an
opponent and make life a miserable rat race. I don't know much about emotional
management however i feel, managing your emotions is an inside job (individually).
That's why it's important to learn techniques to make attitude adjustments; you
can then direct your emotions more efficiently. Happiness comes through
emotions qualified by the heart, through some people, a little good news about
something which worked in our favor , a good song, a nice cup of
coffee or an open conversation with a good friend..Or a family member!
When we learn to manage our emotions long enough to stop and shift
our attention to the quieter message of the heart, we can gain a wider
perspective on any situation, often saving ourselves from hurt, frustration and
pain.
As you re-train your emotional and mental reactions and increase
your coherence, you will re-create your life. You will reach a place where you
no longer have to keep "working things out," but realize they are
worked out!
So take a Chill- Pill :-) not all days are the same, some days you
are the bird, some days you will be the statue. You know what
you gotta do and when and how, just do it, don't screw up your mind
with tangled emotions which continuously take you down.
